Specific attention will be paid to how to use marketing and technology to your advantage. STAND-UP AND SHOUT - Promote your listing!

This month we are trying something new, which we're calling "Stand-up And Shout!" Here's the deal: You send up to six photos of a property you want to promote to daria@sourcesem.com after you register for the event. When the first one pops onto the big screen at the front of the room you stand up and shout your name and company affiliation. As quickly as possible, someone will bring you a live microphone and you will have 30 seconds to a minute to promote your property. This will be done just before the conclusion of the speakers' portion of the event, but before the wine social part of the event, so hopefully several Realtors will come up to you while you're enjoying a glass of wine to ask about your listing. Pretty simple, right?

Gary has adapted to the present market conditions. The challenge has been how to work smarter yet still maintain the quality of service his clients have become accustomed to.

Jan represents buyers and sellers with residential and commercial sales in all price ranges. Licensed since 2002, she has represented sellers of notable landmark properties including The Skyview Motel in Los Alamos, 2911 De la Vina, a famous restaurant building in Santa Barbara, and many lovely residential Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara area properties.

ROBERT WARNER - eXp Realty - Mr. Warner first entered the world of real estate in 2007, when he took a position as Director of Finance at Tamarack Resort, a Four Season ski, lake and golf resort development in the Idaho Rockies with over 2,000 permitted homesites and two entire “Villages” of commercial and hotel development sites. His duties at the resort included overseeing $380 million of equity and debt investment to achieve an outside valuation of over $2 billion. In 2019 Robert was hired by the founder of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in the San Francisco Bay Area to serve as a Global Real Estate Advisor. Last year he moved with his wife and young daughter back to Santa Barbara, where he raised his older daughter in the 1990s, has served as CFO and head of the Residential Real Estate Division of Warrior Financial Group, and just joined eXp Realty in June of this year.
