Isaias is a first-generation immigrant that came to the U.S. looking for a better quality of life. Before co-founding Property Escape, he led the AutoCAD drafting team at an LADWP lighting project. With a dream of building a career in real estate and the help of great mentors, he specialized in helping homeowners facing difficult situations sell their houses. His background and life as an immigrant give him the necessary skills to understand his client’s problems and bring solutions. Everything he does is aligned with his core values of authenticity, honesty, and love, as shown in how he handles his business. He’s happily married and lives in West LA with his beautiful wife and dog.

Billy is an experienced real estate agent specializing in the markets of LA and Orange County, California. Before co-founding Property Escape, he worked directly with homeowners and agents acquiring properties for a private investor. As a result, he is well versed in home selling, averaging 30+ escrow transactions yearly at over 20 million dollars in volume. Billy served in the United States Army for six years before entering a Real Estate career. The core values he learned in the military have done him well in this role. He lives in Torrance with his wife and two daughters.
