James Tran has been in commercial real estate since 2005, honing his property valuation, appraisals, sales, and investing expertise. As CEO of JT Real Estate Services (JTREI), James has become an experienced negotiator and veteran real estate analyst, participating in real estate deals with values up to $40 million. Because of the breadth of real estate valuation experience, James is also a prolific investor, with his most recent acquisition being a 70-unit apartment portfolio. In addition, James also serves as a real estate investment advisor – consulting or partnering with clients in real estate investment deals to acquire income-generating properties that create passive income and generational wealth.
